York

York is so nice even the bishops are utterly laid back… (i need to add a statue photo from inside the Minster once I’m on the site, rather than using the app). Also, lunchtime pizza from Cresci is astonishingly good (helped by seeing Freya on the security can, see Sunday), with dessert after a circumnavigation of the old town around the city walls at the equally good Krep (also, I don’t need to eat again this holiday - until scampi in Whitby tomorrow of course. And brunch in Malton…).

Oh and saw the TikTokable queue in the Shambles for the York Ghost Merchants which is just… weird… The power of social media.

Lovely city and actually starting to possibly relax…
