High steaks

A more than pleasant day sat chatting with different groups, enjoying a cocktail or two before the last meal of our elevated dining experience in the Crown Grill.
An 11oz New York strip with asparagus, mushrooms, and mashed served family style.
It was cooked just tthe way I asked. Nom Nom Nom.
