Chef's table

There were some rough swells out at sea which made walking around the ship comparable to coming home on a Friday night a little bit worse for wear. (The stabilizers were off line) Later the crew got that fixed and things improved wonderfully which was great as we went to the highlight of the trip, The Chef's Table.
It's limited to 10 people and is the only meal that the executive chef cooks himself, all other meals are kitchen staff prepared.
The menu speaks for itself, it was wonderful with accompanying wines and each course with an explanation by the chef.
ThThe extras rshow the level of detail and intricacy for each course.
