A short cruise, a 3 night jaunt from Vancouver down to San Francisco. I'm thinking of it a "make or break" decision maker about cruising after our only other cruise, on a different cruise line, left us totally underwhelmed.
We decided to "push the boat out" on this trip by upgrading dining to the speciality level. Tonight, in Sabattini's, was a 5 or 6 course Italian feast. This caprese salad as just one of the appetizers features a stuffed cheese. 
"Stuffed with what you ask?"
 Stuffed with another softcheese.
Delicious.
