Crown of Trees #3

I've done an 11.3 mile walk today with my Crown of Trees walking friend. This is our third section. We did the first (short) leg in spring, the second at midsummer and now today. The blip is the woodland at Craigforth. We didn't walk quickly and we sat down a couple of times. The weather has been perfect for walking. We had an inadvisable scramble past security fencing at one point which was silly but a bit of an adventure. I feel quite weary now.

However I need to get myself organised for a few days away tomorrow. I haven't packed yet but I have to put my skates on. I'm getting a train at 07:30 tomorrow so there's no time in the morning. I'll also make some food for Cameraman's return from Birmingham later.

At least Flora won't need a walk - she's done many more miles than either of the humans on today's walk.
