Dinner

I spent most of the day doing my Balkans Blurb book. (Funny I didn’t continue with the tidying and sorting from yesterday).

Tonight we had a delicious dinner cooked by Linda, seen here with her partner Colin, Mr C, Katy and her Colin who is 17 years younger than Mr C. Linda is a wonderful cook - we had a green soup then roast red peppers, spicy spring cabbage, smashed roast potatoes and a filo pie with cauliflower in a cheesy sauce. The pudding was dried fruit stewed in amaretto with hazelnuts. All delicious. Chat covered family, books, music, film, the WI naked calendar, politics local and national, travel.
