Notes: Awake just after 4a (ugggh) and couldn't sleep more. Watched some vids and then got up before 7a. Slow morning and coffee watching wonderful rain until leaving just before 9a for Becky & Bonnie's. Was there till 1030a - great catch up! Headed back and got Mom and we went up to Once 'n Again - pouring by then - woo hoo! I found one cool shirt w/ an embroidered design in heart shape middle back - kinda cowgirl style. Back then and made tuna salad [and snacked on olives] and batch of whipped cream, Dad came home for lunch, I just had the rest of my chix bone broth (from the restaurant yesterday). Was going to take a nap then but heard from Susan that the impending hurricane in FL (Helene) was causing shut-downs and SpeakOUT Thurs night was postponed. Had to do a bunch of work to update things and get that message out and then needed to do lots of edits and re-do's for the Poppy comedian show tix design and layout ... so ended up working 2.5 hrs total and never got a nap. Mom & I ran out to Kilgus's ~430p and got 2 small gelato flavors (strawberry and caramel). Ate tuna salad on toast and Mom had the other half, I did a fried egg on the side. The 3 of us split the gelato after dinner. Mom & I took a walk and then I showered and we played a couple games of Yahtzee. I was quite tired by 730p and headed to my room. Up for awhile and to bed ~930p.
