Museum on a Wet Day

Thank you all for your good wishes for Becky yesterday.  The outcome was positive with no concerns and Becky relieved to be able to eat!

It's been a very wet day on and off so when Euan's Mum and Dad headed off to the Clinic, we took the bus into the City and walked through to the Natural History Museum, happily enjoying the downpours.  Euan was taken with this exhibit which showed the interconnections between man and animals across the planet and we learned about predators and parasites and commensalism (a new one on me where one species benefits from a relationship, whilst the other neither benefits nor is harmed).  We had a wander around for a while until we decided we were hungry.

After looking for cafes which just did plain rather than 'artisan' sandwiches (no good for Euan) we returned home for soup and sandwiches, then it was back to the Lego building, puzzle puzzling, keyboard playing and accompanying dancing and more Beano reading until Mum and Dad returned.

We return home tomorrow and it will all be quiet again!
