Another dry sunny day was forecast. I had a few admin tasks to do in the morning then spent an hour tidying the garden. All I need to do now (I hope) is buy some spring flowering bulbs and paint the garden gate.

Just a short local walk in the afternoon. I took the macro lens hoping to find lots of insects out in the sun. All I saw was a spider having a late lunch. I don’t want a spider as the main photo so you get a bit of an old gatepost . The spider is in extras. Should have got much closer as it’s been well cropped.

I treated myself to an ice cream on the way home.
