Dahlia Heaven

Today it was sunny and bright although a bit chilly.  OH was playing in a golf match and I had bought tickets for Sarah Raven’s garden at Perch Hill.  I had visited a couple of times before, once with  Amanda, there’s a blast from the past, and once with girlfriends at tulip time.  The dahlias looked amazing and the lady herself was in the shop signing her books, but I didn’t buy.  Just some seeds and candles for No.1.  It was good day and we called into a lovely (expensive) farm shop on the way back just as the heavens opened so enjoyed the best of the weather.

Another good day and tick in the box on the f*ck it list.
