Pina colada ice-cream

I must get round to buying an ice-cream scoop. improvised by pouring a smoothie into choc moulds instead for easy extraction.

I'm experimenting with edible flowers as well as ice-cream flavours, at the moment. Planning to make a lemon and marigold cake tomorrow for a friend's birthday so was testing the marigold petals out tonight. Hard to describe the taste, sort of 'yellow' and saffroney. Something to use in moderation, I'd say.
