Ice-cream days

My Champion juicer does 3 brilliant things:
- transforms veggies into succelent juice, which I have been mostly living off this week
- yeilds divine coconut cream from unprepossessing brown-husked fruit
- makes virtaully instant ice-cream with frozen ingredients

Today, this is all I need for supper. It contains banana, strawberries and coconut milk. Actually the last ingredient wasn't necessary - I just popped it in for the extra indulgence.
