Time

What is the time? When is the bus due? Time to stop my Garmin. And... most importantly... Have I got time for a pint?

Yoga this morning, then we caught a bus to Friston Forest and did a great country and forest hike, ending at this pub (new to us and recently refurbished and bought by a local brewery). We will be back. We enjoyed a refreshing drink and caught the volunteer-run country minibus back.
A refreshing sea swim to end the day.
