Wildflowers

I walked back from physio in Newhaven through the nature reserve and along the beach. I love seeing the wildflowers that self seed and which somehow survive in what can be such harsh conditions! The desert dandelion had popped up amongst the stones. 
Then an afternoon of gardening and cooking.
