Birdfood

This is a quick blip from my garden and shows one of the results of feeding the birds - this ear of corn has grown up under the feeder, along with some pretty tough grass, which is so thick it's difficult to get a fork into it to dig it out. Still, it's worth it to have the birds in the garden.

The colours in the background are the berries of a tutsan bush. They spread like wildfire in our garden and are supposed to be a sign that there was once ancient woodland on the site.

I'm in the middle of processing about three hundred and fifty pictures at the moment. I took photographs of the performance at my wife's school this afternoon, and need to have samples editied and printed out for parents to choose from by lunchtime tomorrow.

Don't know what to expect in terms of orders, as it's the first time I've done this in her school. Could be a lot, or just a few. I suppose it depends on how well people can use their mobiles when taking pictures. If they find the pictures aren't as good as they would like, they always have the option of mine as a backup. Time will tell.
