Notes: Woke late after getting up briefly numerous times. Decided to head to Walmart and was going to top off gas on the way but was up 30 cents from yest so skipped it. Couple things at Walmart and then went on to Food Patch for a couple more things. Coffee when I got back, feeling groggy and out of it. Planning to have the day to do what I want and stay away from work of any kind but heard from Susan early - was a bit annoyed by it. Went to the pool mid morning - loud family w/ small kids there. Made another carnivore cake - again, the middle didn't get done. Online and more Sedona method after eating big taco salad - was very tasty! Shower just before 5p. Listened to a bunch of Sedona Method tracks and then some JC & Janine vids. Jo called 645p and talked to her on Signal for 2 hrs and then did a quick rinse off and watched shows in bed until almost midnight.
