Notes: I first got the chicken situated in the crock pot with carrots, onions, garlic and lemon and then headed out to try for a short jog and was able to go 20 min finally! It was still ok out but getting warm. Had a small turtle show up at the front door but took off when I went out there! Took a morning shower, Kathy struggling w/ pain again first thing and then didn't get out of bed until just after noon. I had a longer eating window and just wanted more thru the day. Kathy struggling then in the afternoon and I went ahead and ate chicken, sweet potato, kale salad without her. I ended up running to Publix pharmacy around 430p for a small pain prescription an on-call Dr. had called in. Quiet peaceful night - tried a bit of edible cookie.
