Amsterdam

In the morning we took the train into Amsterdam and crossed via the free ferry to the artistic Nord area. There were not many artists at work in the warehouse, originally a huge shipyard hanger, so we had a cup of coffee and returned on the ferry. The others went on a bicycle tour. Mrs TT and I went on a tour of the Gassan diamond factory. it was an interesting visit but also hard sell. We were sat around a table and shown a range of diamonds, jewellery and watches.
