Pittenweem Arts Festival
The main entry shows a detail of a window in Pittenweem Priory which dates back to the 1300’s.
Artists exhibit in a very wide range of venues throughout Pittenweem. Quite a number are in homes or other buildings. Some exhibit in gardens.
Pat and I spent quite a few minutes again discussing work with the artists.
The festival concludes on Sunday. The paintings are by Morag Muir who resides in Newport-on-Tay.
The sculptures in the garden are inspired by botanical subjects and are beautiful. Sad to admit I have forgotten the name of the artist. I will find out.
Again, we have many conversations with artists and visitors. We are surprised at some of the connections we have in common.
