Basking

Another hot and sunny day today. I was volunteering in the morning. It was only Janet and I on duty and it was busy, so it was all hands on deck. Off to the chiropodist after my session ended and then home for a late lunch in the garden. I sat out all afternoon (I had to move to the shade as it was too hot in the sun!) Son no 3 joined me once he’d finished up at the Oven Door (local café) where he’s working over the summer.
