Danny’s Day

It was son no 1’s 30th birthday today. Apparently it’s called a champagne birthday as he’s 30 on the 30th. We’d arranged to meet him for brunch at Toast in Leith rather than lunch as he was going out with his girlfriend for a huge meal tonight. After our brunch (great) we went back to their flat to open his presents and eat birthday cake. His girlfriend, Sinéad, had themed his birthday around his favourite US football team.
We went to Glasgow in the afternoon to take some pictures to be valued and ended up buying two more Ercol chairs in a vintage shop!
