Lunchtime

I had my annual follow up appointment at Borders General Hospital (all fine) this morning and then Mr P and I visited the Hawick Museum to see the William Gillies exhibition We’d never been to the museum before and were very impressed. It’s in a lovely setting (Wilton Lodge Park) and has an excellent café, overlooking the Tweed. We enjoyed a very tasty lunch, while watching the birds feed. Thebear and thechimp came round for tea and Selkirk Bannock later in the afternoon.
I watched the Olympics in the evening. Sad to see the last of Andy on the tennis court.
