Sunset

Another very hot and sunny day.  I decided to go to the gym for a cycle class before meeting up with a friend in Exmouth.  We walked along the seafront which was looking very seaside like with lots of families on the beach. We were tempted to go for a paddle but decided on a coffee instead.  After this we had another stroll and lunch in the cricket club tearoom. It was good to catch up and exchange news of our various recent trips.

I headed home to find that I had left my doorkeys in the house.  My husband was out for lunch with a friend but luckily he was almost finished so I picked him up and we both headed home again.

Sourdough bread was made in the afternoon and plants in the garden watered in the evening.  It's been too hot to do any weeding on the allotment.  Later this evening there was a lovely sunset which I managed to capture before the sunset.
