The Whitworth

Cloudy and wet today so Mr P and I decided to follow in the footsteps of a fellow blipper and go to see the Durer exhibition at the Whitworth Art Gallery. We enjoyed the exhibition but the star of the show, in my opinion, was the building itself and the spectacular glass cafe.
After a rather stressful trip to a very busy TK Maxx, Mr P and I relaxed in the afternoon. Before heading back to son no 2’s flat to cook him and his girlfriend a meal to thank them for their hospitality. Late now as we also watched What’s Love Got to Do with It on Netflix. Good film. Sad to say goodbye.
