Definitely an EB - my newish rucksack which has served me well over the past week . We packed up first thing and left - beautiful still calm sea . Called in at House of Bruar for coffee and to look for birthday cards for A and N, and for me to phone my Dad. He was on good form but has no recollection as to how the accident happened - neither was he talking about stopping driving. Went to Doune as the lovely clothes shop had a50% sale, but neither of us saw anything we wanted to buy. Had a lovely lunch in a very nice cafe in the village. Got back to Ds at about 4pm, snd went straight into town for D to buy gifts for As birthday on Monday. It started to rain as we walked back - the first we’ve been in all week! . Spoke to G in the evening but he couldn’t really tell me anymore about the accident. Thinks Dad will be without a car for at least 4 weeks though.
