Red Heads

The day dawned bright and sunny but it soon clouded over and turned into another day of foreboding skies, although with much less rain than yesterday.

These bright red seed heads of the dock plant always impress me when they appear each year.

A days of walks, jobs at home and afternoon yoga with Adrienne.

Grateful:
- That the seeds from this year’s foxglove flowers have begun to grow in the garden.
- To harvest the first courgettes of the year from the allotment.
- To watch swallows and house martins swooping in the sky as I walked in the meadow this morning.
