Crafts

Thankfully a rain free day, which meant more chance of visitors to the fair in Upper Sheringham this afternoon. Sadly, no one was interested in my things, but I tried. It kind of capped off a pretty low week for me, but as I promised I’d only blip when I had something positive to say, I was glad that overall the fete seemed successful and hopefully lots of money was raised for the breast cancer charity. My stall fee was a donation so I wasn’t too worried that I didn’t really sell anything. I’ll put the crafting all away now, and focus on my writing.

I’ve spent the evening next door doing a bit of cleaning and sorting out. Now returned as the football moved into the second half. Jon is watching it, Henry isn’t so I’m somewhere in between! It’s on and in front of me, but I’ll be moving to my writing when I’ve finished this. I hit 52,000 words last night, or how I prefer to look at it, have only 28,000 to go! Woo Hoo. Although, I have hit a tricky bit and kind of forgot what was going to happen next. Ha ha. My menopause brain in full swing. But I’ll just keep writing anything and hope I get back on track.

So I’d better get on with it. Just one more week before our holiday. It can’t come soon enough. It is horrible at the moment at work and I’m not happy. Maybe it will pass, or maybe I’ll think of a way out….better get on with that writing!!
