Lunch in an igloo

I have been a couple of times with girlfriends but this time met up with my sisters and a few nieces and nephew.  The food and service was good and we had lots of laughs.  Unfortunately they needed the table back after 2.5 hours but we moved to the bar area to continue chatting.  More abstemious than my lunches with girlfriends - only two bottles of wine!  No.1 and I sat in a park for a bit after everyone went and caught up on her week and I am going to try and learn from my sister's wise counsel about worrying.  She said if you worry about something it either will or will not happen (and you normally have no control over it), so in effect you are worrying twice once before it happens and again if it actually happens. (If this makes sense - so I am going to try and switch off worrying!

OH met me at the station and said that it had poured down around 5.00pm (we didn't have rain in London) which made me think of all the poor concert goers at the LC concert.  We gave it a miss this year - think the price was a bit excessive?  Maybe next year.
