Flown the coop

Here’s Martin doing his best impression of a dove in the Newhailes Doocot … cluck, cluck.

Before going to Newhailes for a wander to get some steps in, we had watched Saturday Kitchen and a Hallmark film and done some shopping.

We were so much more enthusiastic yesterday, when we had bright, sunny and cheerful weather, compared to the grim monotone skies of today.

I hope the weather has been better with you. 

We totally understand why people want to have a holiday in a country with some guaranteed sunshine and heat!
