Football fever

We had lunch in a traditional Scottish pub today after a trip this morning into Edinburgh.
Rather than struggle to find a parking spot in that city, virtually impossible these days, we decided to explore , the   small town of Linlithgow which still retains much of its character from medieval times.
So glad we did because we stumbled across the West Port hotel. Not only did it have great parking, and a warm welcome, they went out of their way to find us 
some low alcohol beer, Birra Moretti zero, which I have just acquired a taste for after our recent trip to Italy.
Nevertheless, it was the flags festooning the bar that caught my eye. I am no lover of football (yes, yes I know that is heresy) yet I  too will now be watching the UEFA EUROS 2024 final in Berlin on Sunday when England play Spain.
Who will Liam, (pictured) be supporting? He smiled.
