Burrell Collection voted museum of the Year

M has just learnt that the Burrell museum,  in Glasgow where he is a volunteer guide has been voted museum of the year.  Well, this award will certainly boost numbers.

Photo- spotted this mini pony today. These tiny creatures are no more than 3ft high and I had never seen one before. Apparently they are kept as pets,   used as therapy animals for the disabled though most often as show ponies.
