Did you say something?

I was up at 4.30 this morning so came downstairs and had a cuppa. Then I made some bread with spelt flour, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. 
Had to go shopping then to buy fruit and good healthy food to try and entice Frank’s appetite. We eat very well anyway but he doesn’t really feel like anything just now. 
I spent the whole afternoon in the garden digging and planting and moving things to - I hope - better places and I bought a couple of lovely Antirhinums from Morrisons to go with the rather weary looking ones I had already. They look much better now in a group.
Of course I overdid it and was aching when I came in but it was a good ache from hard work.
It stayed dry here today and not too cold.
The Bairds are now in their lovely new house and all very happy.
The girls love their new rooms and the cats made themselves comfy on the beds as if nothing had changed.

It’s bedtime now and I didn’t have a nap today so I’m really, really tired.
