TOFU

I got this book today. I don’t normally buy cookery books, I just look on line for recipes. However we use this brand of Tofu which is made in Yorkshire so when I saw their book I had to have it. Frank is the main cook in our house but while he’s been ill I have become a kitchen goddess!
However today, when Frank saw the book he wanted to make something out of it. It was delicious - Sweet and Sour Tofu.

I repotted all the house plants today and saw that two plants had ‘baby groweths’ (as my mum used to call them) so I separated them and potted them up to give away. 
Frank has felt a bit better today he’s been playing banjo and painting :-)
