Bee, Happy For England

It's Solitary Bee Week but they have been few and far between. I found this tiny one damp and motionless on a yarrow bloom. The distinct lack of bug life this summer is very worrying. It has been another unseasonably cold and wet day. 

Exciting end to the match though.
