Upper Witham

After being stuck indoors for most of yesterday I was determined I was going out for a walk today. I went through town then along the side of the Upper Witham, which is where I took this. This is where I saw a kingfisher last year. No sign today though.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the election result, but my expectations are pretty low really. One thing I do hope will stop now, aside from all the sleaze and scandal, is the divisive, dog-whistling populism. All it does is cause divisions.

The rugby is starting now so over and out until tomorrow.
