Milan

After high energy London, Milan is peaceful and orderly .
But we have been advised against walking after dark because our perfectly acceptable and functional hotel is in a gritty area.
As for Milan airport it’s so organised and streamlined we were out in the fastest exit I have ever known.
First impression- Italian women are so glamorous and well groomed. Feel very scruffy. Tomorrow to the mountains- to the ski resort of Chamois in the Aosta valley.
