Museum Island Day Berlin

The main photo is a view of Berlin Cathedral, taken from the roof terrace of the "new" City Palace. This gives an interesting and more closeup view of the famous old protestant cathedral.

The first Extra shows the City Palace which houses the Humboldt Forum Museum.
The second Extra is the well-known Brandenburg Gate with the quadriga statue on the top. The Brandenburg Gate is one of the most important landmarks of the city. It previously represented the division of the city into East and West, and has been the symbol of German unity since the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
The third extra is the regular view of the Berlin Cathedral showing its considerable width, and and imposing facade.
