Notes: Woke early and did some house chores first thing. Washed the new hand/bath towels (somewhere in btw) for the first time, lots of blue came out. Did an early Embodiment meditation and then also the activations from Carlene's program for chakras and 12 strand DNA - very diff exper this time w/ the DNA one! Was about 9a till I headed out for couple things from Food Patch and also Aldi - fairly busy out, likely pre-holiday. Had coffee when I got back and checked in online a bit, also packed some and started list. Went to pool for a bit but unless there's cloud cover it's pretty much too hot to be in direct sun for more than 30 sec! Crazy. Early shower ~ 1245p. Mid aft meal of the rest of the chicken salad, sharp cheddar omelet (was sooo good), some turkey bacon. Also open the raw sauerkraut Linda (neighbor) got for me yesterday from Costco - put avo and pumpkin seeds on (delish!). Did some packing and organizing and then later had a bit of the new yogurt I got w/ some frozen berries. Online for awhile and wrote up a testimonial for Carlene (the galactic heritage reading she did for me). Msg'd w/ Jo for a bit on Signal and then streamed shows for the evening.
