Notes: Got to Chalet Woods around 8a after putting a skirt steak in the crock pot w/ our new Birria seasoning. Played until 1015a and then headed directly to an Aldi's - needed more coconut water (R calf has been tightening again and thinking I need to keep getting lots of potassium). Ended up w/ some produce and another lb of grass-fed ground beef as well (still on sale for $4.99). Got back and had a few bites but decided to hit the pool, was only there about 1/2 hr to relax and cool off some and then back to shower, coffee, ground beef & veggie mixture and sauteed the rest of the big zucchini w/ some pork rind crumbs.
