Notes: Didn't sleep in too late and a bit slow moving that didn't shake off today, only grew exponentially into complete fog, weakness, sludge ... Finally made it out the door for produce stand to get more eggs, microgreens and an avo. Did a meditation and tried to rest but couldn't sleep. Around 1230p, tried to do pool for a bit when I felt strong enough - lots of clouds tho and when sun came out, way too hot! And then a family and an indiv came in and I was ready to get back inside and alone. Ran into Linda after getting mail and got the raw organic sauerkraut she picked up for me on her Costco trip today. Took a shower and put on pj's - did some work and somehow in functioning mode for that but little else and so little energy! Worked on SpeakOUT follow-up eval, email campaign and updating the website for the next Dialogue. Talked to Jo on Zoom then ~ 5- 615p. Caught up on some JC & Janine videos then until streaming shows for the night. The pic was an afterthought and barely thinking - the coverings matched how I felt most of the day.
