Main activity: Mon - moving beds, back to Largo
Notes: El and I both were up before 6a - this was the north/east view of the sunrise. I did 2 loads of laundry and packed some stuff up and then we took apart the king bed at the condo and moved it out of the bedroom. Over to the house then, took Ellen's king bed apart - big heavy Casper mattress, loaded in Jackie's (new tenant at Ellen's old house) truck and Ellen's car. Back to Town Shores, got some help from maintenance guy (thank goodness) to get the one up to the 4th floor and the old one down. Back to the house, set up that bed. Back to Town Shores condo and put the one there together - around 10a and felt like a week's work - exhausted. And still had to pack my stuff, drive back to Largo, lug it all up to 2nd floor, unpack everything. Took a shower, did a meditation @1230p and was hoping to rest for awhile but never did. Got up hour late, made some more meat (it's getting kind of gross and I'll be glad to go back to more salads and veggies). Had a Zoom w/ Susan and then worked a bit on creating an eval form for SpeakOUT recipients. Back to the routine of 3 hr evenings on battery packs and trying to stay cool. Have had more anger come up at this housing thing ... did some exercises in the evening to dig into that more. And then streamed shows until bedtime.
