Next generation of volunteers?

Steam Punk weekend at the Railway. I was at Tenterden Town today on a busy train service with 5 regular trains and the Sunday lunch Pullman.

Plenty of Victorian Si-Fi characters and machines bought to life with brilliant costumes and outlandish machines. Music too from a band called Just Nuts.

So you might expect a blip of something related to the event. I’ve put on in extras. I had plenty of visitors to the box today and it was this young pair who stole the show watching from the signal box the departure of the Terrier to Rolvenden.

Nogbad dropped by looking for a blip. I expect it’ll be on his journal today.

I couldn’t watch the England game. It was all going horribly wrong until a quite insane couple of minutes either side of the end of normal time. Nogbad was confident of an England win. I think at 0-1 and deep into time added on his confidence must have felt rather shaky.
