Chillin’ …

We’ve come on another adventure! Two hot and packed tube journeys, followed by an air conditioned, peaceful train journey, and now we’re here at our son and daughter-in-law’s lovely home in Hampshire.

Our eldest granddaughter is here with her Dad for the weekend, which makes our visit all the more special, and to cap it all the weather is perfect. 

Tomorrow morning our daughter-in-law’s mother is joining us, and we’re going to visit Jane Austen’s house at Chawton, which is not far from here. Smithers will stay here with our eldest, who will be cooking the lunch, following on from the delicious supper he’s preparing as I am writing this blip. We’re being thoroughly spoiled.
