Coffee Meet up with L

Met L at 10 am at the newly opened place Lagom. Former Sips and Bakers.
It was lovely and it was so so so good to catch up with L.
The MAT session we had done a few weeks back was a huge success.
Shame and Guilt were a distant memory. Lifelong colitis - GONE!!!
It is powerful stuff!!!
Back home I jumped into a call with Silja.
The a beautiful coaching session with Sarah and a salmon dinner with Neil.
Home cooking woohooo!
