Off to Fife - MAT with Oriane

I had a MAT healing session with Oriane at 11:30 and spent the morning to get ready for it.
It was going deep and I feel it was successful.
There was a lot to clear!!

Then I packed the welcome pack for Lina and went to the post office with Neil.
We had a coffee at papercup before I rushed home to get packed for the evening and to do a couple of things that felt bruning.

We were in Auchtermuchty at 6:30 pm and had a wonderful evening with Natasha and Iain.
Ian did a BBQ but since there is no summer we ate inside.
Had wine, and salads and gorgeous berries for desert.

Sat up late and fell to bed after midnight.
