Friday CEO and Banter

I went to the Banter - for a banter and was home for  11 am for our first CEO meeting.
We did not get through everything and had a seond half later in the afternoon.

Had a 121 with Aoife which I enjoyed.

Was feeling flat and low.

Did more editing which does not always help my mood.
