Sundowner

Today I came on the train to Sheffield, my cousin, well actually she's a second cousin! Is celebrating her 70th birthday tomorrow. She's actually 10 days younger than me but it's celebrating her birthday early. We've always been closer, so it's nice to be here.
The journey by train, was busy but more or less straightforward.
Sheffield is in the midst of lots of rebuilding and redevelopment. Our hotel is on the Quays, surrounded by lots of narrow boats and barges, a lovely setting. Joyce is coming to join me tomorrow.
Hallam University seems to be celebrating it's graduations today, there are lots of very well dressed young people around. See extra . I hope they have fun.
There is a golden gull wing type car at the hotel up the hill. See extra. I was a bit far away for a good shot but it was surrounded by lots of young men.
