Sally Mair - Loving life

The answer my friend.....*

Ali dropped Josie off this morning and then headed off with Bonnie for her swimming lesson. She normally goes to her Great Granny, but she's been unwell so I had bonus time.
Ali and Bonnie came in after the lesson and stayed for an hour or so. They do try to tidy up but it still looks like a bomb has struck after they leave.
It was a great drying day today. I'd already done two loads for ourselves and Ali dropped off a pile of the girls stuff too. I rather like having the line filled with little girls dresses - and socks, so many socks!
We left the last of the washing on the line and headed to Craigie's to find out what the story is about cherry availability. Today was apparently their first day. I'm going to go on Monday morning, having checked before I go that there will be some first. I've waited all year for these cherries, I don't want to miss them and they have such a very short season. We came back today with some ready picked strawberries, delicious.
I did some further work on removing couch grass when I got back, pesky stuff
This evening we are going to watch a bit of Glastonbury, not sure I'll manage to stay awake long enough to see Neil Young though. One of my heroes in the 70s.
I meant to take a picture of all the fruit and veg at Craigie's but I forgot, so you get the washing instead.

I also forgot to post the art quiz yesterday, so here it is. I had full marks, 10/10, how about you?

*Like the washing "........is blowin' in the wind"
