(Not) at the races

Lift to Perth Racecourse with K for the Apex Scotland Staff Conference and Board meeting. A good day full of energy and positivity.

Finished just after 6 and a lift back from M in a very posh Porsche. 

I was very tired. #2 son was in a better mood but still not in a chatty mood. He'd been golfing at King's Acre.

Eventually I made tomato sauce for tuna with veg and stayed awake long enough to watch more Wagner.
