And Relax…..!!!

On a very very warm day Mel was looking for somewhere cool to lie….so here she among the rose petals under ‘James Galway’…

I must apologise for being absent from Blip and my lack of commenting..
We have been busy …S and J are home since yesterday….its wedding week so we are ‘up to our tonsils’ now in preparation…!
Tomorrow is cake icing day….so that will be great to have it done and dusted…hubby has devised a very clever way to transport them and I will take the photo on Thursday…..:)))

I suppose one of the things that has kept me off blip is that last Friday week we pulled out of our house buying deal…
It’s left us a bit ‘deflated’ as we were busy packing and in our minds actually moving..
However,  as I said there were some issues and our engineers report wasn’t good…..there were too many very expensive issues to be fixed and while the house wasn’t actually ‘falling down’ …it needed  work now and over the next number of years so after much deliberation and costing various things we decided we had to pull out …way too pricey on top of the purchase price..not something we need at this stage in our lives…
So over the last two weeks we have been searching again and talking to various people…everyone is on holiday now…the engineer and the auctioneer we’ve been dealing with…one more house and it’s one we looked at last year that’s back on the market…
We’ll see how that goes…
We were over in Galway last week at the wedding tasting menu…it is a truly lovely meal and should be enjoyed by all on Friday..!
We were down in Carrick with our Son last Saturday and both he and hubby got ‘kitted out’ in lovely new suits in a local man’s shop with a fantastic selection..
I was exhausted from all the travelling.!
